About the position

Bath Experts is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in inside sales. This role is pivotal in managing and rehashing appointments with customers who either did not make a purchase initially or canceled a contract. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for reviewing customer leads, identifying opportunities to save the sale, and effectively communicating with customers to reconfigure and reprice options to earn their business. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to close sales over the phone and through email, providing consultative sales support while adhering to Bath Experts' established sales process and methodology. In this role, you will follow up on all warm leads, particularly those from demonstrations that did not result in sales, to further the sales process. You will manage volume retention strategies aimed at reviving and saving canceled contracts. Analyzing sales recordings, notes, and pictures will be essential to gather details about customer appointments, allowing you to identify and determine potential opportunities to close sales. Engaging with customers over the phone and via email will be crucial to understanding their concerns and reasons for not proceeding with the purchase. You will provide consultative sales support to reconfigure bath options and offer revised pricing, ensuring that you are equipped with the techniques learned through our sales training program to effectively close sales by delivering compelling sales presentations over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all warm leads (Demo - No Sales) to further the sales process.
  • Manage volume retention strategies (reviving and saving cancelled contracts).
  • Analyze sales recordings, notes, and pictures to gather details about the customer's appointment to identify and determine potential opportunities to close the sale.
  • Engage with customers over the phone and via email to understand their concerns and reasons for not proceeding with the purchase.
  • Provide consultative sales support to reconfigure bath options and offer revised pricing.
  • Utilize the CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress.

Requirements

  • High inside sales IQ with the ability to understand and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Proven experience in phone sales or call center environments.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to advise and guide customers toward a purchase decision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop strategies to close sales.
  • Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
