About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Jaco Aerospace is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. This role involves managing key accounts, fostering a culture of performance and accountability, and optimizing sales operations to meet individual and team performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet performance targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to optimize sales operations and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer service levels.
  • Oversee the management of high-value sales orders, ensuring compliance with financial benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Continuously monitor sales processes and suggest improvements based on team feedback.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and individual contributions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategies to expand market reach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the aerospace or distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of AS9120 and other relevant aerospace quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a diverse team.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
