The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of appointment setters in a midsized Residential Solar Company located in Mooresville, NC. This role focuses on overseeing the sales process, managing customer relations, and ensuring effective communication with potential customers to drive solar sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of appointment setters for solar sales.
• Contact potential customers to schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and customer relations.
• Manage escalated calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Well spoken phone skills.
• Patient demeanor with customers.
• Prior experience in high-volume phone work.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outbound call center environment.
• Prior call center manager experience is required.
• Solar experience is strongly preferred.
