The inside sales manager is responsible for managing sales activities and personnel to increase the company's sales and revenues.
Responsibilities
Manages and supports inside sales employees with pricing, inventory requirements and training
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
Facilitate scheduling meetings as liaison between production and inside sales group, monitoring lead times, due dates and machine / man-power capacity
Coordinate invoicing of orders from inventory with billing location
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of inside sales management experience preferred
