Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing phone sales team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance using KPIs and other metrics.
• Streamline sales processes and improve efficiency within the team.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, team metrics, and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the solar or home improvement industry.
