About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Packsize is responsible for managing an account portfolio focused on small to medium-sized businesses. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing creative solutions, and driving growth, revenue, and profitability targets. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams and the ability to navigate complex customer environments to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Support the creation of proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering financial results.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Managers to support and expand business opportunities.
  • Utilize relationships to resolve customer challenges and questions quickly.
  • Develop business relationships and link customers to appropriate sales resources for business opportunities.
  • Quantify and review customer success criteria, including process and flow improvement-related categories.
  • Perform work under minimal supervision and handle complex issues and problems.
  • Utilize tools like MS Office, Gmail, and Salesforce to deliver results.
  • Learn technical skills necessary for high-quality maintenance and installation of new equipment.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience in the packaging/manufacturing industries.
  • Successful track record in account management or customer service.
  • Professional presence on phone, video, and customer-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Docs, Salesforce, or similar programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working with midwest territories.
  • Knowledge of 'Mastering the Complex Sale' by Jeff Thull or similar sales philosophy.
