About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at 360 Credit Consulting is a pivotal role responsible for managing relationships with clients and referral sources while driving sales growth. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with presentations and communication. The role offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and competitive team atmosphere, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional sales experiences to partners.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently contact and manage referral sources and clients.
• Develop relationships with existing and new referral sources and clients.
• Deliver presentations via Zoom.
• Build and maintain a solid referral base of recurring business.
• Enroll clients into the program.
• Provide updates and maintain strong communication with standing relationships.
• Develop and execute a monthly and quarterly sales plan.

Requirements

• Must be able to stay motivated working independently.
• Must have the ability to work full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Must have excellent presentation abilities.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Must be highly self-directed and motivated.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications and CRM software.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves
