Responsibilities

• Answering phones, emails, and handling sales inquiries.
• Generating lead details and managing weekly sales reports.
• Engaging with prospective and past customers to respond to service inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and follow-ups with customers.
• Assisting with sales inquiries from platforms like Angi, Google Direct, and Yelp.
• Proper follow-up on estimates that were not sold via text, phone, or email.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (pest control experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read people and quickly build rapport.
• Comfortable using CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven and positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outside sales (1 year preferred).
• Experience in pest control (3 years preferred).
