About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Brady Corporation plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities within the Healthcare and People Solutions group. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, qualifying leads, making outbound calls, generating opportunities, and ultimately winning new business. Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas within the assigned territory. In this role, the Inside Sales Manager will demonstrate a strong desire to win business and capture market share from competitors. They will take full ownership of customer relationships and the sales process, maintaining a professional and results-oriented attitude. The position requires the manager to meet a predefined outbound call quota, develop new opportunities through proactive outreach, and effectively assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Building and managing a robust sales pipeline is essential to meet sales goals. The Inside Sales Manager will also qualify and process all incoming marketing leads in accordance with the standardized lead handling process. They will conduct market research to self-generate leads using various channels, including social media, referrals, and trade shows. The role involves performing online product demonstrations and collaborating with the field sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale. Additionally, the manager will enhance sales volume through customer education and awareness of other solutions offered by Brady Corporation. To ensure a unified sales approach, the Inside Sales Manager will follow the standardized sales process and utilize CRM tools for managing sales tasks, lead generation, and opportunity tracking. This position is integral to the success of the sales team and the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to win business and take market share from competitors.
  • Take full ownership of customer relationships and the sales process.
  • Deliver against a predefined outbound call quota and develop new opportunities from outbound calling activities.
  • Qualify and process all incoming marketing leads in compliance with the standardized lead handling process.
  • Research the market to self-generate sales leads using various sources.
  • Perform online demonstrations of products and collaborate with the field sales team for face-to-face demonstrations when necessary.
  • Enhance sales volume through customer education and awareness of additional solutions.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and share insights with stakeholders to improve product offerings.
  • Implement and manage the use of CRM tools for executing and managing inside sales tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 3 to 6 years of Inside sales experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of computer software/programs including MS Office and Gmail preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare marketing or industry is a plus.
