The Inside Sales Manager at Solar America is responsible for driving sales of residential solar energy solutions by consulting with homeowners and customizing solar systems to meet their energy needs. Responsibilities

  • Consult homeowners to customize solar systems for their energy solutions.
  • Utilize company-provided leads and appointments to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain a client base using a custom CRM.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside or outside sales (preferred).
  • Ability to confidently discuss options and close contracts on the same day.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
