About the position

IWG currently has openings for "Inside Sales Manager" who will be overseeing the Inside Sales team. You will monitor the achievement of sales objectives, supervise the sales floor making sure that the inside sales representatives and account managers are doing all they can to successfully sell and will ensure that the sales team have all the necessary resources to perform properly.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve quality, productivity and effectiveness through motivating the team on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that all Inside Sales Representatives and Account Managers progress prospects along a defined Customer Journey, aligned to the Regus Way of Selling and endeavour to meet the customer's needs every time.
  • Assist the team members to sell with hands on coaching on an individual basis and co-ordinate performance development plans for individuals where required.
  • Ensure effective performance management and threshold management is in place to deliver improvement in a range of agreed efficiency metrics.
  • Recruit, develop and retain a team of above standard sales professionals.
  • Work outside of normal office hours as per market/customer requirements.
  • Review daily and monthly reports with team to ensure all KPI's being hit.
  • Provide team update to line manager as necessary (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record in sales management (Inside Sales is desirable).
  • Demonstrates experience in sales behavior improvement.
  • Knowledge of inside sales systems is desirable.
  • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
  • Experience with the use of multiple call models and multiple enquiry channels (Calls, Email, Chat, SMS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and credibility that can influence Sales Leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Commercial/results driven.
  • Team goal orientated individual.
  • Have a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Fluent in English: bilingual is a plus.
