The Manager of Inside Sales will focus on the development and growth of the inside sales team at Lookout Pest Control. This role is crucial for coaching, training, and producing data that supports the company's growth plans. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience as an Inside Sales Leader. In this position, the Manager will be responsible for growing the book of business by leading a team of inside sales professionals. Day-to-day expectations include managing a team of inside sales specialists to ensure quality performance, evaluating performance, and providing ongoing training with a people-first mindset to ensure career development. The Manager will stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Additionally, the role involves delivering on Inside Sales Leadership Playbook activities such as daily check-ins, daily huddles, daily call coaching sessions, weekly team meetings, engagement activities, and monthly performance reviews.
