We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and goal-driven Inside Sales Manager to support our rapidly expanding client customer base. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives to drive higher levels of conversion and increasingly greater results for our client. The Inside Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. This role involves establishing clear sales goals and objectives for the team, tracking their performance against these targets, and using data and metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the team. The Inside Sales Manager will implement changes to improve our sales and management processes and participate in the recruitment and selection process for new inside sales representatives. Ensuring that new hires are properly onboarded and receive the necessary training to succeed in their roles is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a willingness and capability to work from the office most days of the week, possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience at a high-growth company, and have a minimum of 1 year of managing a high-performing sales team. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of sales closing experience, demonstrated success in sales coaching, and a track record of developing and mentoring sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. The ability to manage change effectively and lead teams through periods of growth and transformation is essential, as is experience leveraging data and analytics (Salesforce & Google Sheets) to assess team performance and inform coaching and development initiatives. Strong abilities to foster a collaborative and motivating team environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation, are also crucial for this role.

Responsibilities
