About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Hari Mari is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with current retailers, handling customer inquiries, and prospecting new clients. This full-time role requires effective communication with internal teams and external customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales strategy execution. The position covers Florida and surrounding states, with potential responsibilities in other territories as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration
  • Monitor individual and team sales targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns
  • Implement and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Work closely with inventory management to ensure product availability
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management
  • Continuously improve sales processes and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce retail operations
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Customer-centric mindset

Nice-to-haves

  • Direct experience in footwear or fashion accessories sales
  • Knowledge of the sandal market and competitive landscape
  • History of successful sales strategy implementation with retailers throughout Florida. Women's lifestyle boutiques preferred
