About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Townsquare Interactive is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and sales strategy execution. This position requires a seasoned sales professional who can coach and develop a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while providing an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via training, coaching, and motivating.
• Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage every call for maximum conversion rate.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and report on team performance to Senior Leadership team as required.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews and daily call coaching to build effective communication and understand individual training and development needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success in inside sales, with experience leading and/or managing a team.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferable transactional sales).
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
