About the position

The Inside Sales Manager at Bidgely plays a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel growth by leading a team of Business Development Representatives. This position involves mentoring and coaching the team while actively engaging with decision-makers to promote Bidgely's AI-powered solutions for the clean energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess both technical aptitude and sales leadership skills, focusing on problem-solving and effective communication to empower the team and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Business Development team by mentoring and coaching representatives to drive performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on prospecting techniques, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
  • Build and grow the sales pipeline through hands-on prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and seamless lead transitions.
  • Report on pipeline performance and team metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, ensuring a personalized approach to key accounts.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while maintaining high personal performance.
  • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and ability to lead targeted campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills for building relationships and coaching others.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a growth mindset.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Salesloft.
