About the position

The Inside Sales Operations Admin at SHI International Corp. is responsible for supporting the sales team and customers by managing overflow work. This role involves processing orders, managing communications, and utilizing various business applications to assist in sales operations. The position is entry-level and provides opportunities for professional growth within a diverse and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data consistency
• Requesting information from vendors, such as invoices, pricing, and order status
• Processing overflow work from the sales team or operations, including placing orders and working on renewal opportunities
• Creating parts for AX Order entry
• Receiving and responding to emails and collecting order status
• Regular engagement with Inside Sales, Partner teams, and Vendors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to absorb new knowledge on a daily basis
• Ability to multi-task and complete projects efficiently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Desire to learn new skills
• Ability to understand and work with applications such as MySHI, AX, BI, CRM, SharePoint, and quoting

Nice-to-haves

• Some college preferred
• Customer service and/or customer-facing experience
• Well-rounded working knowledge of SHI's tools: MySHI, AX, BI, CRM, SharePoint, and quoting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Windows OS experience is a plus
