About the position

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Identify the specific needs of each customer and direct them to suitable products.
• Provide accurate and current information about products for all inquiries.
• Increase the customer base by adding new customers to the mailing list.
• Focus on customer satisfaction rather than just sales.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with team members.
• Apply customer service standards to phone and internet inquiries.
• Check stock daily to ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including vacuuming and trash disposal.
• Report to work on time and notify in advance if absent or late.
• Operate the cash register accurately and handle money responsibly.
• Understand and practice security measures to prevent theft.
• Be proactive in ongoing education regarding the company and products.
