About the position

The Physician Relations Manager (PRM) at Luna Physical Therapy is responsible for enhancing the delivery of physical therapy services by building and maintaining relationships with physicians and clinical practices. This role involves utilizing business development practices, including email marketing, to increase awareness and drive patient volume in new markets. The PRM will work in a dynamic startup environment, leveraging innovative technology to improve patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various business development practices, including email marketing campaigns, to grow new markets by increasing awareness amongst physicians and clinical practices.
  • Build relationships with physicians and staff via effective and professional communication methods.
  • Schedule and perform virtual briefings with physician teams to introduce them to the Luna process and develop successful working relationships.
  • Analyze regional data and innovate new processes to increase patient volume.
  • Organize comprehensive data to track working relationships and necessary follow-up communications.
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity and results-based goals.
  • May require occasional in-person field visits.

Requirements

  • 1+ year inside sales experience with healthcare.
  • Experience with email campaigns and other marketing methods.
  • Result driven with an eagerness to succeed and appreciation for Luna's strong position in the market place.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite; HubSpot experience is a plus.
