About the position

The Inside Sales Pro for Key Accounts at BSN Sports is responsible for driving sales growth by converting prospective accounts and providing exceptional service to customers. This role involves creating quotations, processing orders, and upselling products, all while fostering a positive team environment and striving to exceed sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Calling and converting prospective accounts to acquire and grow sales for the division while achieving individual sales objectives.
• Creating quotations for prospective customers, processing orders and updating customer database.
• Upselling accounts that you convert on new products and products that complement their current purchase/quote.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service through sales strategies.
• Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor and with other departments.
• Strive for improvement in order to maintain and exceed company expectations.
