Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients.
  • Proactively reach out to trade professionals to drive new business.
  • Understand members' and prospects' business goals and current projects.
  • Offer tailored solutions to set ProSource apart from the competition.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience for trade pros and their clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations through training resources.
  • Regularly maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with the showroom team to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology.
