About the position

Total Industrial Air is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the Industrial Sales Process, including the management of new Planned Maintenance Agreement proposals. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring effective communication across departments while maintaining accurate project records in the NetSuite CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer support.
• Work independently while maintaining positive relationships and effective communication with all Total Industrial Air employees and departments.
• Maintain accurate projects within NetSuite CRM.
• Obtain and understand customer equipment specifications.
• Research and source materials needed for sales projects.
• Generate, distribute, and follow up on all equipment sales proposals.
• Generate, distribute, and follow up on all new planned maintenance proposals.
• Process purchase orders, maintain and edit.
• Follow up regularly on all industrial sales purchase orders updating sales team, customers, and vendors as necessary.
• General Sales support as needed.
• Daily maintenance of pending sales orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain day-to-day sales support, including outlining and satisfying customer needs and goals.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers and employees
• Highly organized with the ability to meet schedules and deadlines
• Computer oriented with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel
• Sense of urgency and a winning attitude
• Ability to work confidently in a team environment.
