Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers, effectively building a robust sales pipeline.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service and understanding their material handling equipment needs.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings, features, and benefits, ensuring the ability to articulate value propositions to customers effectively.
• Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from initial contact through post-sales support.
• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Flexibility to undertake any additional duties assigned as per business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven inside sales experience in a related industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
