About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Sally Beauty will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing expert advice on beauty products. This position focuses on building relationships with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a professional store environment. Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products to customers.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur occasionally.
