About the position

The Inside Sales Representative for Account Development at AMERX Health Care is responsible for making over 100 calls daily to introduce and sell company products to potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated and passionate about sales, enjoy working closely with a team, and are eager to expand the company's influence in the wound care market. The position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet sales quotas while managing client information effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone calls for new leads and inactive clients/customers, aiming for 100+ calls per day.
  • Quickly learn diverse product knowledge to identify and initiate contact with target customers such as buyers, materials managers, and doctors.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas and organize client information according to department processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to generate leads.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of phone sales, cold calling, or inside sales experience required.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type a minimum of 50-60 WPM.
  • Experience with various internal computer and Internet CSR/CRM/Sales programs to track customer data and orders.
  • Possess a warm, friendly phone voice and understanding of professional phone sales techniques.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic with a passion for selling products.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively manage time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
