About the position

As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Montway Auto Transport, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and servicing existing accounts. This position focuses on building relationships with automotive dealerships, auctions, and rental car companies, utilizing a consultative sales approach to present Montway's innovative logistics solutions. The role offers a competitive salary with commission potential, along with a supportive team environment aimed at exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Call on automotive dealerships, automotive auctions, and rental car companies to present Montway solutions
  • Develop your assigned territory of prospects by making warm calls
  • Make 70 outbound calls per day in the assigned territory
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the order cycle by tracking and communicating with the customer
  • Support Montway billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout

Requirements

  • Business to Business (B2B) selling experience, preferably via phone
  • The ability to connect with and influence others
  • The ability to articulate the value proposition of Montway solutions
  • Strong negotiation/closing skills
  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about selling
  • A proven track record of success in other sales or sales-like positions
  • Excellent teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Salesforce experience
  • Automotive industry experience
