About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at United Auto Credit Corporation, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining the company's market share with both Independent and Franchise dealerships. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with dealers, utilizing advanced technology to facilitate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to make a high volume of calls daily, sign new dealership contracts, and train dealers on using the company's dealer-facing portal, The Fast Lane.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 60 - 100 calls daily to dealers in assigned market territories.
• Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and growing contracts with current dealer relationships.
• Train dealers to utilize The Fast Lane for submitting, restructuring, and switching units.
• Become an expert on all UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products.
• Work closely with credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to resolve dealership issues.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to dealer customers, ensuring availability during prime hours.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a challenging sales role.
• Experience in Auto Finance, external sales roles, and Independent/Franchise dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• High energy and engaging personality with a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sub-prime auto finance.
