WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a B2B Inside Sales Representative (permanent or seasonal) you'll: Work within a dedicated territory to achieve a revenue-based quota by effectively selling and upselling clients' products/services. Manage a high volume of customer engagements via phone and email with a focus on meeting customer needs. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. Maintain a mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess customer requirements. Assist customers in resolving concerns/roadblocks that may prohibit product satisfaction or usage. Maintain customers and prospects within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and kept up to date. Undertake sales motions which may or may not include lead generation, lead conversion, health checks, and/or renewing contracts. Deliver expert customer experiences…always with a smile.

  • Assist customers in resolving concerns or roadblocks that may prohibit product satisfaction or usage.
  • Maintain customers and prospects within the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured and kept up to date.
  • Undertake sales motions including lead generation, lead conversion, health checks, and renewing contracts.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a corporate or B2B sales capacity (preferred).
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals.
  • Experience in high-volume calling and learning new technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Ability to commute to and work in the Nashville, TN office (hybrid).
  • Willingness to work on-site for the first 4-10 weeks (depending on role), then hybrid (on-site/remote) post-training.

  • Experience in a customer service role.
