About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at FRD TECH (USA) INC. is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and engagement, assisting the Outside Sales team, and managing various sales-related tasks. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and involves collaboration with internal teams and factory personnel across different regions. The position is based in Milpitas, CA, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outside Sales team by addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.
• Engage with customers on products and applications on a day-to-day basis, acting as a liaison with factory personnel in China, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
• Attend customer sites as required to deliver samples, assess product status, and facilitate discussions regarding product updates or concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including maintaining records and tracking sales activities.
• Participate in company tradeshows, assist in generating new business through telemarketing efforts, and follow up on leads.
• Oversee and manage sales programs status, ensuring efficient execution.
• Perform other sales-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level position.
