This role reports directly to our Inside Sales Manager and will be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team. As our Inside Sales representative, this individual will demonstrate proficiency in customer engagement and business acumen competencies. This rep will display extreme ownership, achieve and exceed goals, and deliver best in class customer experiences differentiating our brand in the market. The starting base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 with a total earnings potential of up to $95,000 at target. We are seeking a high performing Family Building Consultant (Inside Sales Representative) to join our dynamic team. This global role is an inside sales position and will optimize our value proposition driving customer satisfaction and devotion throughout the family journey.
