The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a generous bonus plan, with a focus on inbound leads rather than cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospects in learning about Gable Steel's offerings and guiding them through the buying cycle.
  • Engage in 10-12 hours of total talk time per week along with pipeline management activities.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance sales skills and methodologies.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Manage and nurture leads generated by the company.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people over the phone.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to display conversational empathy and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including email and CRM systems.
