About the position

The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service role at Healthy Home Inspections Inc. is designed for a motivated individual who will engage with potential customers through outbound calling. The primary focus is to convert existing clients into new clients for the pest control business while providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Provide product and service knowledge to customers during the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a focus on outbound calling.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to understanding client needs.
