The Inside Sales Representative position at Philatron International is a full-time role focused on serving electrical distributors. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the representative will engage in conversations with clients to build rapport and foster relationships over the phone. The role is essential in driving sales and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. The representative will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders. A significant aspect of the job involves leveraging existing relationships with Wire and Cable Electrical Distributors to enhance sales opportunities. The candidate must be computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe, as these tools will be used daily to manage customer interactions and sales data. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional adjustments based on company needs. The compensation package includes an hourly wage of $21 to $22, along with sales commissions, providing an opportunity for additional earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5 years of prior sales experience in the Electrical Distributor Industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Ability to multi-task using several computer programs.
• Excellent spelling, accuracy, and touch typing ability.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good planning skills.
