About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at FIMAC is a key role focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This position involves making numerous calls daily, qualifying prospects, and closing sales while providing tailored financial solutions to clients struggling with credit card debt. The role offers a competitive compensation structure, including hourly pay and commission, with the potential to earn between $150k and $200k annually.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales from various media sources including Google Ads, Social media, Live Lead Transfers, Form Fills, SMS marketing and Email campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our products/services.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Use our CRM to convert aged leads through email, SMS, follow-up calls.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Track all sales activities and maintain detailed records in CRM system.
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of services.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products & services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.

Requirements

  • 2 years plus proven inside sales experience (ideally in B2C environment).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills.
  • Proficient Computer Skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Nice-to-haves
