The Inside Sales Representative - Loan Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in achieving their financial goals by providing personal loan solutions. This role involves guiding customers through the application and underwriting process while maintaining a consultative relationship throughout the enrollment process. The position emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Call customers to assist them in fulfilling their financial goals.
- Provide personal loan solutions for various needs such as medical expenses and debt consolidation.
- Maintain a consultative relationship with customers throughout the enrollment process.
- Receive inbound calls and follow up with outbound calls.
- Develop and sell customized solutions to customers.
- Present packaged files with credit recommendations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Adhere to federal, state, local, and company laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- Two years of inside sales experience in finance or a call center environment required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
