About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Oxford Garden is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in the commercial outdoor furniture market. This role involves managing customer estimates, supporting sales teams, and engaging in thoughtful sales conversations to drive business growth. The position is primarily office-based with occasional travel for trade shows and client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster current and new customer relationships
  • Develop and manage customer estimates throughout the sales process
  • Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
  • Initiate meaningful relationships with clients through thoughtful sales conversations and correspondence
  • Support outside and independent sales teams with cost estimates, product specifications, and shipping information
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and client visits as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of inside B2B sales experience
  • Ability to learn new software

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with longer sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM software/business management systems
  • Previous experience in hospitality/designer or furniture/outdoor living industries
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
