About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Michael Page, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships. This position offers a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory.
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale.
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources.
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  • Mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office.
  • Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Commercial Sales (Business to Business) experience, preferably in a Recruitment Agency (360 or BD Focused).
  • A competitive history, such as a sports background or proven top salesperson track record.
  • An ambitious, outgoing personality with a will to win.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
