About the position

The Inside Sales Representative is a remote telephonic sales role focused on generating revenue and profit margins for small to large-sized accounts. The position involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, with responsibilities including lead generation, relationship building, and supporting the sales team. The role requires effective communication and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures within client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads via telemarketing and email, transitioning them to the sales team.
  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads and conduct research to set meetings for the sales team.
  • Participate in calling campaigns targeting accounts from pre-defined lists.
  • Identify key buying influencers within accounts to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain detailed client records using CRM software, Salesforce.com.
  • Set customer appointments for sales representatives via Outlook.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively via webcast.
  • Provide regular communication and updates on relevant deals with management and sales team members.
  • Support sales efforts at trade shows and other meetings.
  • Navigate and communicate throughout a hospital organization from department level contacts to C-level leadership.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products through training and engagement in showcases as needed.
  • Meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for calls and emails.
  • Support company objectives and achieve goals successfully.
  • Provide feedback to management on market and product issues.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual sales meetings.
  • Attend and successfully complete regularly scheduled training sessions.
  • Maintain awareness of P1S quality statement and comply with all required procedures within the quality system.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures necessary to market a safe and effective regulated medical device.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • 1+ years prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience, or high academic and prior work achievements.
