About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products and services, driving growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
• Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
• A background in business development is a plus, showcasing your ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about our products and the industry will contribute to your success in this role.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare sales (1 year preferred)
