The Inside Sales Specialist role at Trillium Staffing involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients purchasing building products. Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer pick ups with warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time with all required products
• Reorder products, ensuring store/products are stocked to minimum requirements
• Address and resolve service concerns as needed
• Establish customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Follow a product/supply checklist for customer's job and up-sell additional products/supplies
• Answer telephones demonstrating outstanding customer service and enter sales orders accurately
• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate customer account

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years' experience in siding, roofing, and windows preferred (roofing supply sales OR site work with a crew)
