About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Wound Pros, you will play a crucial role in client relations and new business acquisition. This position focuses on virtual client interactions, particularly in areas lacking local sales representatives, ensuring that client needs are met and satisfaction remains high. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, facilitating client registrations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to position Wound Pros as their preferred wound care solution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients using OSS leads.
  • Facilitate Client Registration Form (CRF) sign-ups.
  • Grow the client base through outreach and relationship management.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage referrals.
  • Document all interactions in Zendesk and tag relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to provide updates on client activities and rollout timelines.
  • Deliver virtual client presentations showcasing Wound Pros' services and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in outside sales and quotas in a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging client interactions.
  • Proven expertise as a presenter.
