About the position
The Inside Sales Representative in Naples, FL is responsible for executing activities that directly impact customer satisfaction. This role involves supporting clients with material selections, managing the ordering process, and maintaining customer relationships. The representative will engage with customers in the showroom and warehouse, ensuring a world-class experience through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers professionally throughout the showroom and warehouse selection process.
- Communicate with customers to gauge their demands and develop a customer relationship.
- Participate in general housekeeping of the showroom and office areas.
- Process order acknowledgements from inception and record approval documents.
- Accept payment if applicable and set delivery of product.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a customer-focused sales personality.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are required.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
