• Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Participate in paid training and obtain necessary insurance licensing.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
