About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Blue Line Solutions is a key role focused on driving sales and business development within a rapidly growing organization. This position requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage leads, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and develop a deep understanding of the company's hardware and software solutions. The representative will be responsible for new account acquisition, maximizing selling opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company hardware & software solutions.
  • Identify and cold call potential clients.
  • Provide timely follow-up and management of incoming leads from various channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop inbound lead handling processes.
  • Update customer records and forecast sales activity in the CRM.
  • Conduct product presentations and prequalify leads for demonstrations.
  • Assist in the development of tailored sales tools and presentations.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to create a scalable framework for business goals.
  • Communicate regularly with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Track effectiveness of programs and monitor trends for improvement.
  • Assist in preparations for and travel to various conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for a law enforcement and/or technology company.
  • Track record of high performance in a BDR/SDR capacity.
  • Experience in the Electronic Security Industry preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with modern sales technology and CRM programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves
