About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at HudMed USA is responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals primarily over the phone. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients and collaborating with the outside sales team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers in the healthcare industry through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the healthcare sector to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts and collectively achieve sales targets.
  • Track all sales activities and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information pertaining to healthcare clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities specific to the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
