About the position

The Inside Sales Representative role at GOJO is primarily focused on leveraging virtual selling techniques to grow and manage relationships with channel partners and end-users. This position is responsible for executing Business and Trade Development Plans, driving profitable growth, and increasing the implementation of GOJO and PURELL solutions across various markets. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and field sales teams, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meetings and trainings with channel partners and end-users.
  • Engage in a mostly virtual sales environment using various technologies and resources.
  • Make independent decisions to grow and retain business for an aligned customer base.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and financial performance using data and insights.
  • Manage pipeline and maintain account-specific information using Salesforce.com.
  • Share competitive intelligence and resolve customer issues through effective problem solving and negotiation.
  • Achieve team and individual revenue and productivity goals as defined by leadership.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and close opportunities.
  • Support and create Business Development Plans (BDPs) and Trade Development Plans (TDPs).
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at channel partners to position GOJO innovation.
  • Train and partner with Distributor Sales Representatives through virtual means.
  • Work with assigned channel partners to develop and provide new conversion targets to end-user sellers.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in sales operations, inside sales, or sales required.
  • Business to business and/or virtual sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in Janitorial Supply, Healthcare, Foodservice, or Education is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and all Microsoft Applications strongly preferred.
