About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Power Home Remodeling, you will play a crucial role in generating appointments and supporting the company's sales efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will manage an internal customer base created by the company's outbound marketing and scheduling departments. This position offers significant growth opportunities within the company, including potential promotions to department management or sales consultant roles.

Responsibilities

• Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects
• Promotion of Power's eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Generation of appointments for our outside sales division
• Ongoing department meetings and training

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
