About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Luminosity Supply & Solutions is responsible for managing customer relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, including inside sales, office backup, purchasing, client communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Field inside sales calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process orders and provide product information.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and follow up with clients.
• Support outside salespeople with customer service and follow up on estimated ship dates or back-order information.
• Track and manage leads through CRM systems, ensuring data is current and accurate.
• Review Bidnet opportunities and disperse to salespeople accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Assist with sourcing and purchasing products, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Follow up on sales proposals and address client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide backup support for office tasks, including answering phones and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory processes is a plus.
