About the position

The Inside Sales Representative role at Integrated Business Financing is designed for outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The primary purpose of this position is to generate leads and contribute to achieving sales goals by prospecting potential clients and managing the sales pipeline effectively. This role offers an opportunity to maximize earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure company goals are achieved.
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele.
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team.
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for conversion.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
  • Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information into client databases.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
