About the position

UpFix is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Buford, GA. This role focuses on generating new business and revenue growth by handling incoming sales inquiries, following up on leads, and re-engaging previous customers. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving UpFix's growth by connecting potential customers with our repair services and helping them find solutions that fit their needs. This position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, allowing for maximized income by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries by responding to calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers.
  • Engage and qualify leads from various marketing channels, converting them into paying customers.
  • Reach out to previous customers to rekindle interest and encourage repeat business.
  • Use sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in HubSpot CRM for efficient follow-up and customer tracking.
  • Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to address customer questions and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in the automotive, electronics, or repair services industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, especially in handling objections, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize effectively, and follow up consistently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
